Contained on this page are the meeting dates for the Parish Council 2024 and also the agenda’s for 2024 – 2025.The Parish Council’s financial year runs from the 1st of April through to 31st of March. The Parish Council agendas follows that same format. The agenda is required by law to be published  (uploaded to the website) and placed on the village noticeboard  (not including Sundays and Bank Holidays) at least three clear days before a PC Meeting. If that does not happen the PC Meeting cannot go ahead. Previous year’s agendas are located in the Archived tab.

 The meeting dates run from the 1st of January through to the 31st of December and are listed below:

09/01/2024  January – PC Meeting is in the Village Hall and the start time is 7.30pm

13/02/2024 February – PC Meeting is in the Village Hall and the start time is 7.30pm

12/03/2024 March – PC Meeting is in the Village Hall and the start time is 7.30pm

09/04/2024 April – PC Meeting is in the Village Hall and the start time is 7.30pm

17/04/2024 April – Annual Meeting of the Parish/Village is in the Village Hall and the start time is 7.30pm

14/05/2024 May – Annual Meeting of the Parish Council is in the Village Hall and the start time is 7.30pm

11/06/2024 June – PC Meeting is in the Village Hall and the start time is 7.30pm

16/07/2024 July – PC Meeting is in the Village Hall and the start time is 7.30pm – The ordinary meeting scheduled for the 16th July 2024 has been cancelled and an Extraordinary meeting has been called by the Chairman to take place on Friday 12th July 2024 at 7.00pm. 

August 2024 PC Meeting – Extraordinary Council Meeting – Thursday 22nd August 2024 at 7.00pm

10/09/2024 September – PC Meeting is in the Village Hall and the start time is 7.30pm – CANCELLED – MEETING NOT QUORATE

24/09/2024 – Extraordinary Council Meeting at 7.00pm – Tuesday 24 September 2024

08/10/2024 October – PC Meeting is in the Village Hall and the start time is 7.00pm

12/11/2024 November – PC Meeting is in the Village Hall and the start time is 7.00pm

10/12/2024 December – PC Meeting is in the Village Hall and the start time is 7.00pm

 

Please be aware: The PC meetings and the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council are meetings held in public but are not public meetings.

Please be aware: The Annual Meeting of the Parish/Village is a public meeting for the residents and is facilitated by the Parish Council
