The Dishforth Bowls Club:
The Bowls Club is an established club located at the playing field during the summer.
During the winter months- the bowling club plays carpet bowls in the Village Hall.
If you would like further information or are interested in becoming a member please let us know. The Bowls Club also has a dedicated Facebook Page – ‘Dishforth Bowls Club’.
Knit Stitch & Natter:
The Knit, Stitch & Natter club meet each month on a Sunday in the Village Hall between 2pm -4pm.

Everyone is welcome whatever your skill level, including beginners. Or if you are just interested in coffee and cake – please come along.
Emergency Facility:
The village has two Defibrillators which are located at the Village Hall and the Pavilion on the Playing Field.
Public Services:
The mobile Post Office visits the village every Monday between 3.30pm -4.30pm (approximately) and parks at the junction of Main Street and Topcliffe Road.
